What does the listed price cover?
The confirmed INR 32,000 price is for a complete listed set. Ask for the exact included pieces and specifications; accessories in a styled photograph are not automatically included.
Are the sets available?
The business has confirmed that the 19 imported sets are currently available. Please confirm the particular design and delivery destination with us; no quantity reservation is made by browsing.
When are orders dispatched?
Within 2–3 business days. Delivery transit time is separate.
How much is shipping?
₹299 per order within India. International delivery is configured separately and does not use that rate.
How does COD work?
At supported locations, the full payable amount is collected when the product is delivered and accepted. COD service coverage is still being verified.
Can I exchange a set?
Our normal approach is exchange only. Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for size, design or preference changes. Jewellery must be unused and unworn, with a valid invoice; original packaging is preferred but not mandatory. Customer return shipping applies to these changes; verified damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries receive seller-paid applicable return shipping and a free replacement or another appropriate remedy. What is the buyback benefit?
Eligible sets have a lifetime buyback benefit based on 60% of the net product amount actually paid, excluding tax and shipping and after discounts. Original invoice and all original pieces are required. Damage is assessed before approval. See the full policy; it is separate from exchanges.
Can I use one account on both domains?
Yes. Use the same account credentials, or select Switch region and confirm the secure account/cart transfer. Regional totals are reviewed again.
