Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Dispatch means handing the order to a delivery service; it is not the delivery date. Transit time depends on the service and destination.
Shipping within India
The current shipping charge is ₹299 per order within India. Delivery service availability must be confirmed for your postcode.
International delivery
International shipping is arranged separately. The ₹299 India rate does not apply to international orders. Delivery charges, available services, transit estimates and any applicable import requirements must be confirmed for the destination before an order is accepted.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available only where a supported delivery service can collect payment. Where offered, the customer pays the full payable order amount when the product is delivered and accepted. Supported postcodes and services are still being configured; COD is not currently accepting orders online.
Tracking and assistance
When an order is dispatched, use the supplied tracking information. You can review your order in My Account or use Order Tracking.
Current service status: You can browse products and use a customer account. Online ordering and payment are not open yet. Please do not send payment without a confirmed order and instructions from our team.
